Black Bean Brownies
1  15 oz. can of   black beans, very very well drained
3        Eggs
3 T     Canola oil
½ c.    Cocoa powder
1 t       Instant coffee
1 t       Vanilla
           Pinch of salt
¾ c.      Sugar
1 t         Baking powder
½  c       Chocolate chips

Blend all ingredients, except chocolate chips, in a blender or food processor until smooth.
Sprinkle top with chocolate chips (and ground nuts, if you like)

Bake 30 minutes or until the edges pull away from the sides of the pan.
  Let cool.  Makes 16 servings
