Coconut Cookies

1 tsp Coconut extract
1 egg beaten
1& 1/3 Cup Bisquick
1& 1/3 Cup Potato Buds
½ Cup Margarine
1 Cup Sugar
Cream butter and sugar together. Add all other ingredients.
Drop 1 rounded tsp onto un-greased cookie sheet
Cook @ 350 for about 10 minutes
