2 ½ C flour
1 C sugar
1 egg
½ C butter
2 t baking powder
½ t vanilla
½ t salt
Cream butter and vanilla. Add sugar slowly. Add egg and blend well. Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Chill
On a lightly floured surface, roll out to about ¼ inch thick and cut cookies. Bake @ 375º 7 – 10 minutes
