Jalapeño Poppers
* 30 jalapenos
* 2 pounds pork sausage
* 2 (8-ounce) packages cream
cheese
* 2 or 3 packages bacon
* 1. Cut peppers in half
lengthwise and remove seeds. They should look like boats.
* 2. Brown sausage on stovetop
(or PIC) and drain any excess fat.
* 3. Mix sausage and cream
cheese together in bowl; scoop mixture into peppers.
* 4. Cut bacon strips in half
and wrap each around a pepper. Stick a toothpick in each pepper if
needed.
* 5. Place peppers on 4-inch
rack and cook on Power Level HI for 12 minutes.
