Pinto Bean Bake

2 lbs.             ground beef
2  8oz. cans    tomato sauce
1 med.             onion, diced
1 pkg.              taco seasoning
1/4 tsp.           Tobasco Sauce
1/8 tsp.           oregano
3/4 cup           cheddar cheese, shredded
1/3 cup            tortilla chips, well crushed

        cherry tomatoes, halved, sour cream and avacadoes or guacamole.

    Brown the beef, drain and set aside.  Saute diced onion and when soft, add back the beef,
tomato sauce, taco seasoning, oregano and Tobasco Sauce and mix well.          
Pour into a baking dish and bake at 350 for 30 minutes.   Add the tortilla chips and cheese after baking.
    Serve over lettuce and garnish with tomatoes, sour cream and guacamole.       Serves 6 - 8
