Pumpkin Bars

4 eggs

1 2/3 c sugar

1 C oil

1 - 16 oz can pubmkin

2 C flour

2 t baking pdr.

1 t cinnamon

1 t baking soda

Icing

2 c powdered sugar

½ c butter

1-2 t vanilla (to taste)

Beat sugar, oil, eggs and pumpkin together until light and fluffy.

Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt together and add to pumpkin mixture.

Spread batter into a 15 x 10 x 1 pan. Bake at 350º for 25 – 30 minutes.

Let cool.

Blend cream cheese, butter and vanilla together. Add powdered sugar. Taste and add more vanilla if needed. Spread over cooled pumpkin.
