Dressing

Annie’s Naturals Salad Dressing
or your favorite creamy Italian Dressing or
1/4 C fresh basil and 1/3  C red wine vinegar.
    Mix in a food processor.

        Salad
Romaine, cut into 1"pieces or less
black olives
Jack or fresh mozzarella, cubed
Red roasted bell pepper, drained and sliced
Artichoke crowns, diced, -
pepperochini or wax peppers
Salami or pepperoni, sliced/slivered

Toss with dressing and let marinate about ˝ hour at room temp.

René brought this to our son Marc’s house and we all loved it. Amounts? To you own taste….
