Teresa’s Rice
1 C rice, uncooked
1 can chicken broth (10.2 oz)
½ C butter
1/3 C almonds, slivered or sliced
Melt butter in a skillet on medium heat. Add rice and stir until
browned.
Place rice in an oven proof dish and stir in broth.
Bake, covered, @ 325º for 45 minutes. Stir in almonds and bake ten more minutes
