Ramen, Dore's Top Ramen Salad

You told me that you put it on your website.  Anyway, here it is again...
 
Top Ramen Salad
1 head shred cabbage (cut thin, then rinse it all clean and pat dry)
6 green onions, sliced
2 pkgs. Top Ramen Oriental flavor
1/2 c toasted slivered almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1 bunch cilantro, chopped
6 chicken breasts, cooked and chopped
a can or two of mandarin oranges if desired
 
dressing:
3/4 c veggie oil
1/2 t salt
6 T rice wine vinegar
1/2 t pepper
4 t sugar
1 seasoning packet of the ramen oriental flavor
 
 
- Combine cabbage and green onion, set aside.
- Make dressing and refrigerate
- just before serving add crumbled Top Ramen noodles and everything else together.
 
my notes for the shower:  I'd cook the chicken, make the dressing, and prep the salad the day before.  Then it just has to be thrown together the morning of so the flavors can mix together.
