Jell-O Pretzel Salad
4 C broken pretzels
1.5 C butter, melted (not whipped butter)
6 T brown sugar
Cream Mixture
1 (8oz.) cream cheese
2 (8 oz.) strawberry Jell-O
1 C powdered sugar
2 C boiling water
Large cool whip
frozen strawberries
Mix together first three ingredients and press into a 9 x 13 pan and bake @ 350 for 10 minutes. Let cool.
Cream together cream cheese, powdered sugar and cool whip. Spread over cooled crust. Mix Jell-O with boiling water and when dissolved add strawberries. Pour over cream mixture. Refrigerate.
