Autum Salad

A few hours before using, combine and let chill:


2/3 C salad oil
1/
3 C cider vinegar1 t sugar
t salt
1/8 t pepper

For the salad

8 C torn lettuce (romaine with some iceberg)
1 C diced red skinned apple
1 C diced celery
C crumbled blue cheese

Toss with dressing and garnish with 3/4  C chopped walnuts (better if toasted a bit)
