COLE SLAW

My grandmother Lincoln made this for

my mother(Maybelle) when mom was

a little girl so itís been around a long time.

THIS IS REALLY GOOD

Ĺ cabbage shredded

1/2C sugar

1/2 C 1/2&1/2 or heavy cream

wine vinegar to taste-*

2 rounded T mayonnaise

* start with 1/4 cup

Mix & pour over slaw (cabbage). Refrigerate at least 2 hours.

As it sits the mixture will reduce in volume.
