Chicken Salad

2 C diced chicken

1 C red seedless grapes, halved
1 C celery, chopped
1 C walnuts, chopped
1 C pineapple, chopped about the same size as the grapes.
1 C mayonaise (more or less to your taste)
Salt and pepper to taste.

We will have a biscuit with the salad.

I usually make one and a half or double the recipe so we have enough for snacking and a second meal.
