Orange Carrots

5-6       carrots, peeled and sliced a little less than 1/4 inch.
3/4 C      orange juice concentrate
1/2 C      butter or margarine

    Steam carrots until they are soft.  while they are steaming, combine OJ and butter in a small sauce pan.
When carrots are done add them to the OJ/butter combination and simmer 5-10 minutes.

easy and oh so good.
