Peaches and Cream Pie
3/4 c flour
3 T butter
1/4 t salt
1 t baking powder
1/2 c milk
1 egg
1 small vanilla pudding min (not instant)
1 lg can of peaches,
drained and reserve juice
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c Sugar
3 T peach juice
Combine first 7
ingredients and beat for two minutes at med speed.
Pour into a greased pie pan.
Lay peaches over/into
the batter.
Combine cream cheese, sugar and peach juice and
beat for two minutes at med speed. Spoon over peaches to
within one inch of the edge.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. (4:1)
Bake for 30
minutes at 350
